Problem
Pernod Ricard USA sought to update the design of their quarterly PDF report, aiming for a more modern and engaging format that would capture the attention of their employees and encourage readership.
Idea
We decided to elevate the brief beyond a simple redesign by proposing a superior solution. This included a range of creative ideas such as a blog, an app with cocktail recipes, and a revamped magazine format. Ultimately, we opted to begin with a step-by-step approach, transforming the report into a sleek, magazine-style publication.
To further enhance the content, we introduced aspirational yet approachable visuals through curated photography that balanced quality, style, and simplicity. This new format not only communicated key trends and tactics but also reflected Pernod Ricard’s premium brand essence.
Wireframe Proposal

Results
The redesign received overwhelmingly positive feedback, with employees praising its fresh look and elevated presentation. The success of the project even led to a global request to expand the initiative to other regions, showcasing its impact and alignment with the brand’s strategic goals.
